We treat your identifying, fiscal, economic, commercial, financial and insurance data, which are necessary for the  carrying out of the supply of services and goods or contractual obligations, both in the present and future, and also to allow our society to carry out the following activities:

We do not have any information qualified as sensitive (art. 4 letter d) of the code) or judiciary (art. 4 letter e) of the code).

The personal information will be treated through adequate procedures and tools aimed to guarantee security and privacy.

2. Ordinance of information

According to the laws, norms and rules of the community imparted by the Authority, the lack of information involves the impossibility of instituting or carrying on a cooperation between the customer and the aforementioned society. 

Concerning the eventual optional information, their missing ordination will be by us evaluated from time to time and consequences will be evaluated too depending on their importance.

3. Area of Knowledge of your data, communication and diffusion.

The following people can come into contact with your personal information, when in charge of the treatment, depending on specific dispositions:

● managers, administrators and mayors

● secretary’s office

● administration office

● distribution and commercial departments

● agents and distributors

Your personal information could eventually be communicated, but only according to people responding to the following terms:

● consultants who have to perform their task within our organization, prior our communication concerning the permission of using those information respecting the privacy terms.

● people needing to have access to your information according to the relationship between our company and you. Couriers and banks for example.

● people in charge by law to access to the information.

The personal information, which treatment is indicated in session 1, will not be divulgated.

Rights of the customer

We quote here an extract of the article 7 of Dlgs 196/2003, to remind you that you can exert the following rights towards us.

● obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal information belonging to you, even if non registered yet.

 ● obtain the indication of the origin of the information and of the finality and treatment

● obtain the indication of the logic applied for the treatment done through electronic to ols.

● obtain the update and integration of the information.

● obtain the cancellation and transformation in an anonymous way of the information

● be against the treatment of your personal data for both advertising aims and commercial aims.
